v90 MOTIONCONTROL DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY

alvconsan Experienced Member Joined: 4/1/2019 Last visit: 10/27/2025 Posts: 105 Rating: (2)	Good afternoon, I have a configuration of a CPU 6ES7 512-1CK01-0AB0, and I want to communicate it with a V90 1FL6044-1AF61-2AA1 servo through Motion. So far, I have been able to perform the servo enable, reset, and homing functions. However, when I try to execute MOVEJOB or MOVERELATIVE, the servo keeps increasing its speed until it stops. The case of MOVEJOB is the most surprising because I set a speed of 1.0, but the servo accelerates as if it were at 1°/s². I'm not sure what the issue could be, but I suspect it might be related to an encoder configuration. Greetings, thank you very much.

alvconsan Experienced Member Joined: 4/1/2019 Last visit: 10/27/2025 Posts: 105 Rating: (2)	Hello, When I use that HSP and I make all the configuration, the CPU goes to error cos firware online: 6SL3-210-5FE10-8UF0 is not the same as firmware offlien: 6SL3-210-5FE10-8UFx. It is the online firmware that I have offline when I update the HSP. So i Think the x is generic. But this still doesnt work :/ I think is related to the actual firmware of the driver...but Im not sure at all
