I am trying to restore HMI project using Pack & GO file that I received from the vendor. All attempts to restore the HMI failed. They have sent me a file containing this StartTransfer.bat file. I tried to options to transfer the project to the HMI:

1:- Ethernet: (Strait cable)

- I modified the setting in the HMI of the CH2 to Ethernet and enabled the IP static address (192.168.56.198 Default IP) and connected the PC in the same network (192.168.56.190).

- Checked the connectivity between PC and HMI (Ping reply).

- Started the Starttransfer.Bat using administrator access.

Failed to transfer --> The results are :@ResID?NoTransferDll?tr_ce_HmiEs.dll 

2:- Tried to use MPI adapter:

 - Connected MPI adapter (Siemens MPI adapter).

 - Connected the adapter to the HMI.

 - Changed the configuration of Channel 2 to MPI.

 - Modified the MPI address in the pack and GO file as same as the one in the HMI.

same problem here.
