All attempts to restore the HMI failed. They have sent me a file containing this StartTransfer.bat file. I tried to options to transfer the project to the HMI: 1:- Ethernet: (Strait cable) - I modified the setting in the HMI of the CH2 to Ethernet and enabled the IP static address (192.168.56.198 Default IP) and connected the PC in the same network (192.168.56.190). - Checked the connectivity between PC and HMI (Ping reply). - Started the Starttransfer.Bat using administrator access. Failed to transfer --> The results are :@ResID?NoTransferDll?tr_ce_HmiEs.dll 2:- Tried to use MPI adapter: - Connected MPI adapter (Siemens MPI adapter). - Connected the adapter to the HMI. - Changed the configuration of Channel 2 to MPI. - Modified the MPI address in the pack and GO file as same as the one in the HMI. same problem here. Regards Waleed Hello, Check the transfer setting in your Panel. It should match your PC. Check that the IP addresses of the Panel and PC are in the same domain. Disable WiFi network of your PC before begin to transfer the project.

But again transfer does not go. Also when using the MPI, i set the station number in the pc as same as the one in the HMI MPI setting (1 by default). Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 12/19/2025 Posts: 16612 Rating: (1943)	Hello GazaFso_Automation there are a few requirements for using Pack&Go: - Simatic Prosave - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109476153 or for newer Version for example in V18: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109815056/94241254795 --> but Its important to install Prosave on this PC (in order to use the communication drivers to the Panels) -> A little bit less compicated alternative would be a offline transfer witout Pack&go: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109740696 Bye Murof
