I am using an DQ 16x24VDC/0.5A HF (6ES7522-1BH01-0AB0) and currently it doesn't take in the power supply voltage. If I activate the diagnostics of "No supply voltage L+" it returns an error ("Supply voltage missing")  because the supply voltage is missing for the DQ. 

The supply voltage is not missing, I have measured and it exists. If I connect the power supply to the DQ and DI (DQ and DQ are in parallel), then my DI does take the power supply voltage and the DI PWR is on (green), but the DQ PWR is off.

The DQ and DI are connected with an IM and I can still write to the DQ, the DQ Pins are on if they are written to, only the PWR is not on. 

If I turn off the "No supply voltage L+" diagnostics for my DQ, then everything is ok in TIA.

Did anyone have a similar problem? Or is my DQ damaged?

It sounds like it's broken. Have you reviewed, manual in hand, the operating states and the leds of the card?

I did check it just now and only the "RUN LED" (green colour) is on. The "ERROR LED" (red colour) is off, it doesn't even flash to indicate an hardware defective, which I think is the case here, but I am not completely sure.
