Do you have a spare control unit?  If so, temporarily swap out the CU for the spare and connect to it via starter to verify the power unit is not bad.

Is the CU 24V source external or internal?  If it is internal, is the drive's power unit powered up?

Hello Everyone,I am using G120 drive facing some problem , that is I am not able to know the Fault details of the drive by accessing through STARTER or Display As We Have IOP  when i connect it online and go to Diagnostic>alarm history....But it does not show any information.
Pls......any one help me.

 sir, I Have suggested to make spare control Card and complete drive . Problem is active fault log showing once acknowledged its all gone from alarm/ fault history not even single fault logged.

All I have checked and made from my side , format(Restore Factory) the drive then fault/Alarm history Showing but when we Restore with the drive backup then its same problem coming no fault logged.

CU has internal supply through drives power unit.

Already Read the Manual sir check with all fault buffer One thing didn't understand the "Automatic"(Refer Manual Diagram) That's is Going To Reset (p0952 = 0: Fault buffer is deleted/ cleared).

I want "Fault Cases qty" History Log even User acknowledge the Fault coming if it possible by changing Parameters Kindly Guide me

are you facing a fault condition which blocks operation but nothing is shown in the fault buffer?
If so, I would recommend to check the LED`s on front of the CU for diagnostic.
Detailed information about the different LED`s and their possible operating states can be found in the operating instruction manual of the used control unit.

In case you just have an empty fault buffer, please have a look at the attached function diagram, which is from list manual of CU240E-2.
With help of it you can see all parameters affecting the fault buffer.
Also check setting of parameter p952, with it you can clear the fault buffer.
