I have the following configuration:

CU320,   Motor 1FW6090, motor module 6SL3120-1TE21 and an external Drive-Cliq Encoder 6FX2001-5WD13-1AA0.

I have the configuration running, the Modbus TCP com working and the basic positionner activated.

However, when I try to use JOG command or send MDI command, the motor has the 7452 error almost immediately. I notice that one JOG direction moves much faster than the other. If I set up the p 2546 very high to try to ignore the following error, then the motor get a F7900 error.

If I modify p1300 to sensorless speed, the motor move fine in JOG, very slowly in both directions, way slower than previously (a fixed 300 LU/min). When trying a MDI command, he is taking the speed reference given by Modbus. If I increase p2546 to around 8 000 LU, the axis is positionning itself without error, under that it gives a following error.

It is a modulo axis. It is set up to have 360 000 LU per revolution. The encoded resolution is 2048 and it is single turn. Is there a problem with the encoded? Any idea of what could be wrong?

Any idea what could cause this fault?

One more:

When I try to do an automatic tuning, I get the F7900 too.

If I change the torque limit to an higher value , then I get the 7412 error. Is there something to do with the encoder?

I tried an "identify motor" and that's what it is finding

The p408 looks strange

Does it mean something is wrong with the encoder?
