I downloaded this and am trying to figure out how to use your code for my scenario. I have a input coming into a 4-20ma channel. It is scaled to 0-40gpm. I need to count gallons and store the 24hr total and reset once a day at lets say midnight. Could you help with this please?

Only full gallons are displayed and stored. 

I think that you only tested the program in the simulation and not in a real LOGO!.
Simulation and real LOGO! are not equal in all functions.

That's why I gave you a screen video of the online test with a real LOGO! created.
I added a stop watch to show the progress of time. I have added the display of the elapsing time in the message text in the line with the text "Today", measured in seconds.
Then you will see that after 60 seconds the gallon value is shown as 30.

The same applies to storing the total value at midnight. This also only works in a real LOGO!.

Have you already tested the program in a real LOGO!?

To save the daily value at midnight:
Via parameter VM mapping, the counter value of B013 is written into the double word VD0 of the VM memory and then the VD0 is written into the start value of B017.
The order of the entries in the parameter VM assignment table is important, first the entry B017 start value and then B013 counter value.

At midnight, counter B017 is reset by means of a pulse from the weekly timer and assumes the start value, which corresponds to the counter value of B013. Counter B017 retains this value until the next midnight pulse.

These are peculiarities of LOGO! programming, which are not written in any manual and you can find out by testing with a real LOGO! and developed through years of experience.

You just have to know that the LOGO! is not a real PLC, but a programmable relay and the LOGO!-FBD does not correspond to a "normal" FBD.
