The first-time login as Internal view enforces the procedure to change the default password. Sharing passwords on a public forum is in this case neither helpful nor does it meet with security guidelines. Usually, the site owner should have access credentials documented somewhere.

Do you have the XWorks software backup for the system (a .archive file)? Note that the passwords and user accounts are stored in the primary server PX controller, and are simply referenced by the PXM20. Unfortunately the only way to change the passwords (and add new users etc) is to do this via the XWorks programming tool, via the PXM20 when logged in, or via a Desigo Insight management station. It wasn't always the case, but more recent firmware revisions in the PXM20 forced you to change the internal user password when logging in for the first time - so this may well have happened in your case. If you have no management station, and no software backup, unfortunately there is not much that can be done without employing an engineer to recreate the controller software, and in doing so, recreate the users for the PXM20 access.
