So the correct setting for this sensor (4-20 mA) with a range of 0.6 - 12.0 GPM.

Is the power supply +24 VDC for the sensor the same as for the LOGO!?

In your sketch you draw that one side of the resistor is connected to earth ground. What mean you with this?

This side must be connected to the M of the power supply for the sensor.
And if the power supply of the sensor and the LOGO! isn't the same, then must connect both M.

Check again or connected to correct pins 1,2,3.
