Dear experts,

i have a problem with an ET200 IM151-1 like in the description:

My ET200S IM 151  is blinking like this:

1. SF blinking FAST 3 times

2. SF blinks SLOW (LONG) 1 times

3. SF SLOW 3 times

4. Repeats.

BF does not blink and is OFF.

All the 2AI 4wires electronic modules have SF red lit including PM-E.

PLS help.

The IM151-1 is working because i replaced it wit another one that was working (changed the hardware address), PM-E the same.

IN S7 diagnostic says: Module configured but not available

hope I good understand your answer but table with that LEDs status description is another than you describe probably. If your first post is clear and correct with that LED sequence then this seq is described at that table as description of problem. Simply and logically, it is not expecetde to have sequence that can be not described in that special table. I can recommend similar Topics her on Forum, try use Find and Search to find them, it is litlle bit complicated for first time but can be read after careful read and count. Good luck and be kind return here in case of success.

Ive replaced the IM151-1 and this one blink as it follows:

1. SF & BF blink three times at 0.5 Hz

2. SF blink one time

3. BF blink one time

4. SF & BF blink three times at 1 Hz

5. BF blink one time.

6. Repeats.

In Step 7 the same message: Module configured but not available

Hello,

1. correct DP cable with connector wired.

2. correct HW configured as actual modules are and correct DP profile with speed and other parameters.

-correct DP Slave module address set with DIP switches and same as in HW cfg.

-termination module at the end of rack.

3. compilation of HW without any errors.

4. correct download to CPU after while all can set to green and ok status.
