I'm having some problems with the P1z79 (USART-AB-1EL), we have several relays in a substation connected to SCADA via DNP3 protocol, this module is in charge of this communication, out of the sudden one of our relays lost communication with the server, we switched the comms module between relays and this issue went to the other relay, so probably we have a faulty module. We bought another but the new one does not seem to work. 

My first question is: Is the P1Z79 (USART-AB-1EL) plug n' play? can we just replace the module? do we need to configure or set something in this module so it would work the DNP3 protocol?

After this test, and after resetting the other relay with the faulty module, the relay started to show anothe issue, it showed this message : ''There are problems detected. Please check the device diagnosis log.''. What do we do? do we need to reconfigure it all again with the backup? Also if we do that with the new P1Z79, will it work?
