We are having intermittent F011 faults on a Masterdrives AFE unit. This is controlled under cos(phi) to regulate bus volts and PF. We found r949 = 2, what does this mean in context of F011 fault? From our PDA system, we do not see high current to explain this fault and the drives connected to this AFE are not changing dynamically enough to explain the increase and resultant F011 fault. The AFE is rated for over 3000A, but we get nowhere near there...however the sampling time of our data acquisition is 50ms, so we are not seeing the complete picture. We have replaced the CUSA card because faults were not being stored in memory however these faults still persist. We used the simovert testbox and verified IGBTs, PSU board, IVI, IGD and CTs were found OK (voltage offset was between -50mV and 0V at 0 current). I am thinking to swap our the VSB board to see if it helps, and maybe look at the clean power filter? Any other ideas are appreciated. I have attached PDA of incoming AC rms volts, DC bus volts and DC link current.

r949 for F011 means phase V has detected overcurret.

Check if flying restart is activated or not. Moreover check motor & supply cables IR value, lekage current, check motor supply cable shielding for proper & ground connection etc. etc. 

Thank you for that answer. Where did you find documentation to explain what r949 for F011 meant, specifically for phase V? Could you post it? In AFE manual above I posted it does not say.

F011 can be a result of a PSU starting to fail. Usually happens when the +/-15V start to break down. Try to replace the PSU.

Can you please tell me how you solved your probe,  I have the same and we change all AFE component (CUSA/ IVI/PSU/CTs/IGBTs/IGDs/VSB) but the problem still persist . we have 3 AFE mounted  in parallel but only one the master  shows fault 011, other when the problem occurs we hear an abnormal sound on reactor (AFE I Max parameters 1045A and it trip some times only at 400A)
