I am trying to copy one HMI program to another one. KTP1200 Basic DP (6AV2 123-2MA03-0AX0), backed up using 'Service and Commissioning' and Backup. This device is working good without any issue. (Let's say old HMI)

The backup was placed on a 64Gb FAT32-formatted USB stick, that the unit recognized.

Now I restored this backup with the same usb drive on a brand new KTP1200 Basic DP (6AV2 123-2MA03-0AX0) same MLFB (purpose is only to test the new HMI)

using  'Service and Commissioning' and Restore.

Restore was successful and the screens are visible. But when I connect my profibus cable which is coming from PLC 314 the data is not appearing instead showing ### everywhere,

I checked the profibus setting and put the correct address, time out 10s, profile: DP, Transmission rate : 1.5mbps, Highest station address 126 and bus parameters exactly like the original HMI which was there before from which I took the backup.

only difference is the image version which was 14.00.01 before and 15.01.00 in new device.

Bootloader version is same 2.16 in both devices.

Still not communicating. Am I missing anything ?
