Have you checked the PN & IRT configuration?

To help diagnose the root cause, if you turn off IRT, does the problem go away - with less accurate and/or less consistent positioning of course?

If you change the domain clock to one value slower, and leave it IRT, does the problem go away?

What work is being done in the OB3x call that services PIP OB Servo?

If a PN device goes offline and the PLC logic does not skip over IW###:P and QW###:P reads/writes, you get diag buffer entries - VERY fast.

This combination is not working together :

1515T + V90 + IRT + tele 105 + tele 750 + MC Servo + PIP OB Servo .

The axis is giving an online configuration error .

It is also displaying a disappearing offline message about some process image . 

With telegram 105 alone all was fine .

We just added telegram 750 to read the actual torque (current) . 

I tried a new project with the same configuration, and it is working. 

It looks like something is missing in the old project!
