Logo 8 communication with TDE

JSalguero1999 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, I am using the following equipment: -LOGO 12/24RCE 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 -LOGO! TDE 6ED1055-4MH08-0BA1 I am connecting both equipments by ethernet cable, the problem I have is that the communication between both is not being established correctly, the indicator led keeps blinking orange or stays orange. When I run a program in the logo(manually programmed), I can see how the inputs and outputs are activated in the TDE, I can also use the buttons "F1,F2,..." to activate outputs. If there is a sending and receiving of data via ethernet, but the communication is not established (led not steady green). Logo IP: 192.168.0.203 Logo Sub: 255.255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.0.1 TDE IP: 192.168.0.112 TDE Sub: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.0.0.0 I also connected an ethernet cable from my TDE to my computer to ping both devices (TDE and Logo) and both pinged successfully. I have not yet tried to load a program to the logo using LogoSoft Comfort V8.3 software. Attachment WhatsApp Image 2023-12-01 at 11.53.11.jpeg (464 Downloads)

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 1/7/2026 Posts: 36415 Rating: (4547)	It seems you played with the LOGO! as a child with a toy ... You have switched the LOGO! to the operator mode. In this mode you only have limited menus available. Among other things, you are missing the function of switching the LOGO! to RUN or STOP. Go to the “Setup” menu item and then press “OK”. In the menu that appears, go to the menu item “Admin mode”. Then “OK” again. An input field will now appear in which you need the password to switch to “Admin mode”. You can set this using the cursor keys. If you haven't changed it, it will be LOGO.
