If you need to reduce working memory, you can work with WRIT_DBL /READ_DBL, for example.

Get next larger (or 2 steps larger) PLC and replace.

96% is not good for long-term, plus in many cases, the speed (for s7-1500 anyhow) may be too slow for proper operation in all situations.

I found by removing or abbreviating comments in my networks / blocks helped reduce that a small portion (10 years ago anyhow).

I used a lot more FCs with GLOBAL tags to help reduce the block parameter overhead.

Lots of bad programming practices allowed me to load 120% documented code into a s7-1200 with just 80% consumed - but it was absolutely horrible.

Once larger S7-1200's became available, started swapping them out and adding the documentation back into the PLC projects.

Is this an s7-1200 PLC?

If so, what firmware is currently installed?

If it is not the latest available firmware, please consider updating the firmware to the latest available for that PLC.

Install the next larger memory card is my suggestion since you say the PLC has enough work memory.

Unfortunately, I cannot read the language in the posted image(s) and understand the column heading causing the problem.

It's a S7-1515-2AM01.  Where the work memory of 5 kBytes is plenty.

The firmware is updated from the last year.
