Motorized CB 3VF9517-IBM30: Trips either manual or auto operation.

No response to Auto signal it stays in trip position. And when we manually operate it to ON position by the rotary knob it goes back to trip position, and for the OFF position, its the same, it goes to Trip position. We kindly need your advice if any fellow experienced the same issue. and we also kindly need the manual for this CB as we could find it online. I suggest opening a SR for it: www.siemens.com/support-request If you dismantle the motor operator - can you operate the MCCB manually with the lever? Best regards
