It happens that 2 or 3 times a day the reader does not work anymore and I have to disconnect the USB cable and reconnect it to make it operational again. Also, much more rarely, it happens that the rfid reader led turns off and in this case, the only solution is to turn off the TP900 and turn it on again. This happens on several installations where we have installed the rfid reader. Option+ version 3.2.4 Tia Portal 18-17-16 TP900 So what I need is a command that allows me to turn off the TP900 USB port and turn it back on after a few seconds. But If you use a Siemens Reader that is also mentioned in the Option+ manual, then you should try to open a Service Request at Siemens Support. Bye Murof
