Please, ho can i activate tp1200 comfort smartserver ? Should I use  automation license manager?

If so, will the activation effect (delete) the program which loaded in it?

I need to add pc station and I don't have the wincc RT file, just want to see machine operation

Status from the office, no need for controlling, just watch.

The project was created by Tia portal v13.

Is it the best way to use smart service or there is other choices?

Hi Swissi1,

If I understand you correctly, Comfort panels need to load a Sm@rtServer license up to version V14. Without that license you would not be able to work even if this functionality is enabled.

Here you can see the available licenses: "WinCC Sm@rtServer"

It is also important that you have enabled the Sm@rtServer option in the project because if it was not enabled, you would need the project to configure it.

If this is not what you are asking, I would ask you to specify more what you need!
