Hi all,

I have a KTP700 HMI and have loaded a project onto the display using TIA v14. I've noticed when I go to Setting before the GUI loads, I don't have the Service & Commissioning Icon availabel to do a Backup/Restore. If I upgrade the OS to v17 then I see the icon.

Is this normal? Was this icon/feature only added in later OS versions?

Does the image loaded in the panel match the one configured in the project?

You see the issue I had was I have a project created in TIA v14 with firmware v13 selected on Change Device menu in that project. The HMI has since gotten faulty and been replaced with a newer KTP700. I was testing the Backup/Restore method using a USB where I created a backup of the v14 HMI project and saved as .psb file. I copied to a USB and restored to the NEW KTP700 without any issue. 

I now noticed that the version on the NEW HMI has downgraded to v13 and no longer have the Service & Commissioning Icon available on the Settings of the NEW KTP700.

I was just wondering if this is normal for v13 image on KTP700 HMI's?
