Tripping characteristics and curves for ETU VL400 apparently

I am working for a company that provides studies of short circuit protections of facilities all over the world and in my current project there's a couple of Siemens 3VL circuit breakers with apparently ETU VL400 trip units that i cannot find tripping curves for. Searching through 3VL4740-2AA36-0AA0 and 3VL9440-7DC30 unfortunately barely helped. If any one could potentially help that would be awesome
