Dear sir,

I have a Extruder application and we are using MP370 12 key HMI with S7-300 PLC.

As per production requirement they need record of on/off status of machine.So we need to set a bit M20.2 high when machine is on And for machine off same bit should be low.

I have programmed in simatic manager and taken a bit which will be on if M20.2 will get high,and if M20.2 get low again i have set a bit and in wincc flexible 2008SP5 I have created tag for both memory bits.Now I have created a alarm screen and taken both bits as warning now my problem is when M20.2 get high warning show machine on.But when M20.2 got low the same warning (machine on) got overwritten. I want to log alarm history in seperate way like if machine is on in alarm view machine on should be reflected and again if machine stop in alarm view machine stop should reflect separately. IN short for machine on and off condition in alarm view shows like below

$Alarm screen 

*Machine On

*Machine off.
