PID_Compact not functioning properly,please help me,thanks!

For example: 1、Doesn't work when i click to reverse controller logic and download in PLC. 2、Although i choose 'input' instead of 'Input per' and download PLC but that it is also work at 'input per' channl. So i need your help , actually，i just a green hand.... thank you help!
