I have a program backup of MM440 which was downloaded by using drive monitor. Now we were in need to replace the existing drive with the new one. I tried to upload the program backup to new MM440. While uploading, drive monitor giving error because of different software versions of backup file and new identified device. Convert option is also not showing as it is blur. Error message is attached herewith.

Can any expert guide me how to resolve this issue.
