Hello All

I am using Wincc  7.0 SP3+upd1. When i open my project file i have seen an error message

"The user does not have the rights to perform this action. Please check the assignment of the current user of the user group in windows"

I just copied project file from another computer. My system current user is member of SIMATIC HMI user goup.

I follow this link to remove this error but i have not got any success

Split from The user does not have the rights to perform this action.

Try the following:

1. Delete the OS project from folder. 
2. Verify that SIMATIC HMI has all access rights in the security tab and advanced sharing
3. Verify user is member of SIMATIC HMI
4. Reboot the client
5. Download project to client from engineering station

Hello,
I have been fighting with this problems for many days. I deleted SIMATIC PC Station (SRV2 in my case) including WinCC Appl. (Stby.) and OS(1)_StBy from the project and created this station completely again. Compile OS(1) and download to station SRV2. I preferred not to use RDP (UltraVNC is used) naither for connection to ES nor SRv2 stations. I hope this will be useful for you.

I have made new folder for project and entire download from ES in server 1.

But still have problem.

right ... my backup wincc is ok when i download new project in server 1 than i face that problem.

the user has no rights etc..
