Sam Jang Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts, We have equipped with 6 axes+ spindlelaser cutting machinewith 840Di controller. Recently controller displays error as NC not ready. Checked in alarm msgs & following alarms/msgs found displayed. 25201 ... Axis X(all axis)drive fault; 25202 ... Axis X(all axis) waiting for drive. 380500 Profibus DP: fault of drive X(all axis) code 129 value 128 time 4 What means of code 129? See the attachment. DP address 11 is ET200s. What means of read color (Sync. with NC) lamp? Can any one help me as what could be the problem & best possible remedy? Thanks in the advance. Attachment P111012002.jpg (1051 Downloads)

Alarm 380500 code129 means "encoder data is lost" . Remedy: machine data 2798(Drive function) set 2 and update. Then alarm disappear after NCK reset or machin power OFF/ON. After this procedure. you must set Reference position. Best regards 320

Sam Jang Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Thank you so much, 320. We use YASKAWA Drive. We cleared Alarm 380500 code 129 with your solution. After that,we set Reference position. But, we got other Alarm, 380500 code 147 value 144, after updating. Please, give me remedy again. And give me YASKAWA Drive fault code list & remedy, If possbile. Thank you very much.

320 Advanced Member Joined: 5/31/2011 Last visit: 11/11/2025 Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	Hi Alarm 380500 code 147 means "encoder battery worning" This alarm occured when battery voltage is lower than 21.3V. Remedy: repalace battery(ER6VC3N) procedure is see attatched. If alarm is not dissapear after battery replaced.further problem is possible. 1,Battery connecter joints incorrect. check joint. 2,Encoder cable is breaking.check encoder cable 3,Servopack is hardwear fault.Replace servopack. best regards 320 Attachment ER6VC3N Replacement Procedure2008_1_18.pdf (1289 Downloads)
