Hi,

We have been having issues connecting to our Logo units and after a lot of time we have finally idenified what is happening. Here is a link to my original post which has a post from another user whom found the reason.

The issue is that the new security updates being implemented in Edge & Chrome etc is causing the Logo units to respond with a security protocol error. This is due to the way the Logo is handling the new extended 'Hello' packet for the TLS handshake. Normally legacy TLS servers can handle this and ignore it, which is the case on our other legacy systems that we have tested so far. The issue is to fix this Siemens need to fix the bug with the TLS handling within the firmware. Are Siemens working on this and do we have a ETA ?? At the moment we can disable this new security addition but Microsoft, Google etc are saying that it will be enforced and permanent in the near future.
