Operation List dose not show Operator actions

JabbarKamali Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody, We are using WinCC 7.3 in a Client-Server project. The problem is that in the Operation Alarm I can not monitor Operator Actions, for example while Operator changes a PID from Manual to Auto, it dosn't show in the Operation list, while it shows all acknowledged alarms and warnings. I would highly appreciate any support from you as nobody here could solve this!

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello JabbarKamali, in the message list of an Alarm-OCX are only messages displayed, which needed to be acknowledged. Operator messages are only messages with the state "come in" and need to be acknowledged. Operator messages are only displayed in the archiveview of the Alarm-OCX. Regards Georg Berghof

JabbarKamali Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Thanx for your Reply George Explanation of Problem: Operator#1 changes the Valve state from Manual to Auto. The operator should see that he has changed the state of the Valve in the Operation List. If he acknowledges Alarms/warnings, Operation List registers this action as well. Literally Operation List monitors whatever Operator is doing. However, I have 2 problems: Operation List monitors anything, however dose not show the name of Operator in case of dealing with Valve and Motors (changing the state and sending commands). (Plz refer to the left-hand pic of attached fig) When operator Acknowledge Alarm/Warnings, Operation List monitors it properly, however it can not monitor when he is dealing with Valves and Motors(Only in rare situation and erratic way monitors).(Plz refer to the right-hand pic in the attached fig) I think this is a big problem and a lot of people in the forum may have faced such a pain. The standard-operator message with number 12508141 has the following messagetext "@10%s@: @7%s@ @102%s@new=@3%g@ @8%s@old=@2%g@ @8%s@" The "@102%s@" is here the systemplaceholder for the actually logged in user, which name can you find in the internal systemtag "@CurrentUser". The systemplaceholder "@102%s@" gets the username from the comment of the message. 3 possibilities: 1.The systemplaceholder "@102%s@" is missing in the messagetext. 2.No user is actually logged in, when the message comes. 3.The message has no comment. JabbarKamali Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	Thank you Great George. you are right. no User had logged on. But, what happens that the Operation List can not monitor when Operator commands a Valve or Motor. For example, when he switches from Manual to Automatic in Motor block faceplate, Nothing is registered in the Operation list. Please refer to the attached picture.. I have switched from Manual to Auto several times, however Operation List showed only one time. It is supposed to show every time I act. Thanx in advance.
