Dears.

I have problem with one drive on stacking machine- exactly lifting one.Motor is 15kW with brake and external cooling. Some times motor is not starting despite getting signals to start. Control is done via hardwire.

  We have tracing program (IBA) and during the situation it looks like brake is relesed .I ve checked  outputs in PLC and needed one to operate are set  .Thougt it is stall problem but  I ve loged the current via analog output of drive . During the lack of operation  drive is  close to 0A  Drive dosen't  give any error .

Do You have any suggestions what may be reason for this strange situation  ? It looks like some kind a wrong sequence?

Look at r0722 for start bit you have selected, is this showing the ON command.
