Dear experts, 

I have a project with TIA Portal V19 where I will use a SCALANCE XC408M-4C switch (6GK5408-4GP00-2AM2) of FW:6.3. 
However, I can not find the specific FW version for the switch in TIA Portal HW Catalog. I can find all the other versions but not 6.3. In this respect, does anybody know if there is any Hardware Support Package that contains FW 6.3 for SCALANCE XC408M-4C? 

In addition to the above, has anybody performed a FW upgrade on that switch to share any points of attention for the process? Also how much time the FW upgrade takes? Because I tried to load FW 6.6 with WBM but the progress bar stayed at 0% even after 15 minutes. 

Either of the above solutions is suitable for us, so your assistance will be much appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance! Please be informed that we managed to perform FW upgrade to latest version. We connected  to the MGMT Interface and we downloaded the FW upgrade. During our previous attempts we were connected to a normal interface of the switch, so that was the reason we could not perform the upgrade.
