The following FAQ discusses Service Data for different S7 CPUs. For the S7-1500, it will show you how to save it to TIA Portal, where you can copy the file and post it to a Support Request.

The link to a Support Request can be found at the top of this page ("Create support request", under Support), and when you include your file it will be transfered to Siemens techs for analysis.
