so please give support what hardware or which cpu purchase or any required module for this communication

all S71200 are able to communicate via profinet and modbusTCP. Ethernetport is onboard an modbus Server/Client function is implemented with fuctionblocks you can find in the library.

I want to make sure we are clear on the difference between PROFIBUS (RS232 and RS485 ) and PROFINET (Ethernet). RS232 and RS485 connections require separate communication modules/boards. Ethernet connection is built-in to the S7-1200 CPU.   

PROFIBUS:

You will need a separate communication module in order for the S7-1200 to access the PROFIBUS network.

CM 1243-5 --- PROFIBUS Master --- 6GK7 243-5DX30-0XE0

CM 1242-5 --- PROFIBUS Slave   --- 6GK7 242-5DX30-0XE0

PROFINET:

As mentioned above, the S7-1200 CPU has a built-in Ethernet port for PROFINET so there is no additional hardware needed. Some CPUs have more than one Ethernet port built-in

I believe that a single S7-1200 CPU can be on a PROFIBUS network and on a PROFINET network simultaneously.  Possibly multiple networks of each kind, but this is going beyond the scope of my S7-1200 knowledge. 

A very good reference on this issue is the S7-1200 System manual. Chapter 11: Communications will have most, if not all, of the information you need to for PROFIBUS and PROFINET.  Chapter 13 describes Modbus TCP (Ethernet) as well as Modbus RTU (RS232/RS485).  Modbus RTU requires separate communication modules/boards.
