I am having an issue with the SCALANCE XC206-2SFP; I am unable to access the web page or ping it from the computer.

I tried powering it off and on, but I still can’t access it or ping it.

The network is still working within the RIO module.

How are you connected to the SCALANCE with your PC (which interface)?

you can use also tools like Primary setup tool or Proneta for accessing the IP of the device.
