WinCC V7.4 SP1 - included 32Bit SQL 2014 SP2 EOL / Extendes Sec Updates?

SQL2014 Extended Support was until July 2024 free. now these SQL System would need paid Extended Security Updates until 2027. Is this still included with the WinCC V7.4 SP1 product? Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 9/10/2025 Posts: 16378 Rating: (1932)	Hello jroitner the last Update for WInCC V7.4 Sp1 was in 05/2024: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109955792 Also WinCC V7.4 Sp1 is a canceled product since 10/2024 So there will be no updates or further development on this Version. I would say there is also not extended SQL Support included. If you want to have an uptodate patched system you should consider upgrading your WinCC to a WinCC V8.1 or V8.0with newer OS and SQL Support Bye Murof
