"Load from file" option disabled from queries

To enable the "Load from file" the 'object debugger' permission needs to be set. Is this the correct configuration to enable this button in queries, or is there any other configuration to allow users to load queries without giving object debugger? I have not managed to find any reference to this button in the Manuals, that details when button is enabled/disabled. Attachment Query Menu.png (295 Downloads)

This can be dangerous, as in the worst case it opens the door to attacks on the DB. This is why the right for the object debugger is required. Best regards
