Not possible to install WinCC Unified locked by WinCCprofessional (not installed)

When I try to install it, the software tells that it is not possible to install WinCC Unified because it is locked by another version of Simatic WinCC Professional, even if no version of WinCC Professional is installed. Can anyone tell me what to do in this case? Thanks

In this case, some artifacts may have been left in the registry when the software was removed. This is the reason why the V17 setup routine does not allow the installation of WinCC Unified in such a case. Kind regards Stefan

In this case, how can I check the status of the register, and how i can fix this issue, can you give me some tips?

Help ! Thanks. Manually cleaning the registry to complete the setup is a difficult task. And there are probably some good reasons for these restrictions, and even if you get the software installed, you may run into problems later. So I recommend that you do a clean install, which means formatting your hard disk, reinstalling Windows, and then running Setup. Kind regards Stefan

If can make installer why can't make proper deinstaller? This is so annoying, going through tutorial how to uninstall tiap, and it doesnt work. I have removed all siemens programs from pc, and still there is a warning. this siemens solution is so annoying. cant you do the good job? It causes to loose lots of time either for trying or for reinstallation of windows.
