I have a machine with a basic flex panel i programmed in TIA V18.

It is connected to a CPU314 that is programmed in Simatic Manager.

The system time is shown on the screen template and therefore on all the screens.

The date and time is however completely wrong (29-09-1970 04:42:01).

As shown on the screenshot it is the system time but where does the panel get this time from and where can I adjust it?

I THINK the clock is working and the time is "increasing".

The time can be changed on the panel. Go to control panel -> Date and Time

Or you can synchronize the date and time with the CPU, see the following link:

Can I change the time on the panel while it is operating or do you mean that I go into the settings when I power up the panel?

If you have the option in your project to open the control panel, you can do it.

(Or exit Runtime)

Otherwise, you will have to power up the panel and select Settings.
