insufficient memory on the memory card

We have added a minor program network and trying to download it on the plc. The system shows the error for insufficient memory on the memory card for this amount of data. We have checked the memory and only 72℅ memory has been used in the load memory. What could be the possible cause and it's resolution. Thanks in advance.
