Remote connection to HMI panels via RDWeb

Because of this, we have had many problems with organizing a remote connection to production machines for our suppliers. As of today, the situation is that the remote connection is carried out via the RDWeb gateway. This type of connection provides access to a virtual machine on which the user connects to all devices from a given project via the TIA Portal application. And this is where the problem lies. On a given VM, it is possible to ping all devices of the production machine subnet, but only Siemens 1500 PLC controllers are visible via the TIA Portal environment. For us, access to all Siemens HMI panels is critical, and we cannot obtain this despite various combinations of settings. The situation repeats itself on three different industrial machines. I am talking about Comfort and Basic panels. Please support me in this matter.
