We have never seen this message before. See attached Photo. The affected I/O is a failsafe I/O. Anyone that knows what this is meaning and how to solve it. I'd do following: cabling check examination of signal with an oscilloscope if there is EM noise or contact bouncing - no EM nor bouncing → replace IO card if there's bouncing or no oscilloscope available → replace sensor or whatever is connected to the IO card if it doesn't help and no oscilloscope → replace IO card if it still not better or there is EM noise found → use shielded cable or find the EM noise source and fix it
