I am currently facing an issue with the time display in the PCS7 system. Despite having set the correct time zone (UTC+0:00 - Dublin) on the PC, the time shown in the alarm window and trend system is incorrect. 
Specifically, when an alarm occurs, the time displayed is one hour ahead of the actual time.

For example:

The current system time in both WinCC and the PLC is showing 10:00 AM.

However, when an alarm is triggered, the alarm window shows the time as 11:00 AM.

The same issue is observed in the trend system.

This discrepancy is causing confusion in time-related records and operations, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Could you kindly provide guidance on the correct configuration or any patches/updates that may be needed to resolve this time mismatch issue between the alarm/trend systems and the rest of the PCS7 setup?

What sync method is used? NTP or SIMATIC mode?
