to open a Support Request directly to Siemens, you can hover over "Support" in the Navigation at the top of the page. A dropdown menu will appear, where you will find the option "Create Support Request".

Hi,

there were a few topics on this behaviour in the last few days. It seems like a recent Windows update is causing this. Most of the time it could be fixed by uninstalling ALM and installing the newest version as Wizard already proposed.
