I  updated the  TIA /Firmware on TP1200 panel successfully.

made an additional change to correct Time sync Between PLC /HMI, Downloaded updated image to panel.

Now getting message “SIMATIC Logo  server not available, Only Logon by local user is possible”.

The Simatic  logon is not connected  but when i try to log in with local account i get same message, and unable to log in. It was working before.

( No changes were made to user administration/ accounts at all)

I reverted to earlier known version but still getting the  same issue. unable to log on locally.
