Hello,

I have a V20 that simply needs to run forward at a fixed speed and also run reverse at the same fixed speed by DI1 and DI2. If slow speed is called for by DI3, the drive needs to run forward or reverse at some slower fixed speed. DI4 is fault acknowledge.

I also need DO1 to signal a fault (this works now) and DO2 to disable a motor holding brake (this also works now).

I cannot get the motor to turn at all. I have verified the holding brake does turn off bu the motor does not turn in either forward or reverse.

I feel like the fixed speeds are not parameterized properly. 

Here is my parameter setup:

I have looked at those macros many times.

I don't see how to get a DI to be set to ON/OFF1 plus call a fixed speed.

And also how a DI can be set to ONreverse/OFF1 and also call the same fixed speed.

Finally, I don't see how when a third DI goes high, a slower speed can be called without being added to the other fixed speeds.

The truth table would look like this:

DI1 = full speed forward

DI2 = full speed reverse

DI1+DI3 = slow speed forward

DI2+DI3 = slow speed reverse

How can I achieve this?

I have gotten an answer from Siemens tech support so I believe my parameters are working now.

I was trying to set the frequency as given below 

DI1 = full speed forward

DI2 = full speed reverse

DI1+DI3 = slow speed forward

DI2+DI3 = slow speed reverse

How can I achieve this?
