Hello,

I recently installed the following software packages on my laptop:

• TIA Portal STEP7 Professional + Safety + WinCC V19

• TIA Portal V19 Update 3

During the installation process, several errors occurred, which I detail below:

08:51:29 | ERROR    AdsWorkerSetupPackage::OnWorkerCompleted(): Result file of the Plus Package not found.
08:51:29 | FAIL!    SetupUnit (HMIRTMV11) - Failed in PlusMain AddLocal
08:51:30 | OK       SecurityControl (HMIRTMV11) - Completed

 Errors during Update 3 installation:

09:25:36 | WARNING  PE_Upd - Setup Package Message: Type(Error); Severity(AfterInstall); Text(Process Siemens.Automation.Portal.exe is running
09:25:36 | ERROR    AdsWorkerPatch::PrepareWorker(): Setup failed due to unknown error
09:25:36 | FAIL!    SetupUnit (PE_Upd) - Failed in Patch AddLocal

Despite these issues, I’m able to launch TIA Portal, unarchive a project, and go online to a PLC (S7-1500). However, I’m unable to open any function blocks (FBs) within the project.

Additionally, when trying to open the Automation License Manager, I receive a “Timeout reached” error and the application becomes unresponsive.
