Please ensure that the role has a configured timeout. For details on how to configure it, refer to the user documentation.

Also, please make sure that the user administration data is selected for overwriting during the download to activate the changes.

- Which Updates do you have inistalled for TIA V20 and the Unified PC RT?

- Do you test it in Simulation or Project/Runtime mode?

- On the local Server or via Webclient from another system?

- do you use the Unified Station configurator?
