Error communicating data between PC/PLC and HMI

I'm able to download the full program onto the HMI, but data's not transferring between the PC/PLC. it shows the following error sign onto IO fields and the button (with memory tag) doesn't work either. I tried the following things to see if it addresses the issue but no success, 1. Time sync between HMI and PLC/PC 2. Full admin access from PLC 3. 'Online' marked from connections in HMI What could be the possible error and what I can I do to resolve it. Thanks, Regards,
