I am currently experiencing an issue with downloading the correct HMI image for my panel using TIA Portal V20 (Basic, Floating license).Specifically, I am working with a KTP900 Basic panel. After upgrading the panel firmware via USB from V15.1 to V17, after compile and download if select fit in download windows ,download has failed ,if not select fit the download continue normaly but the HMI not write properly in plc like M0.0 .

Can any one help me what can do ?
