Display and Manage Dynamic Database Data in a Table with WinCC Advanced (CRUD Support)

I would like to display data from a database in a dynamic table with multiple rows and columns, and I want to be able to select each row as in a CRUD application (Create, Read, Update, Delete). Is there a tool in WinCC Advanced to create and configure this table? Or is there a specific library that needs to be added, please?
