Hello

I'm trying to download a SIMATIC HMI Comfort Panel project using TIA Portal v19.

This project was developed in TIA Portal v17 and updated without problems to v19.

The TIA diagnostic error shown is "Download has failed due to missing panel image. Please install the missing panel images. Refer to documentation"

I have done this before, on the previous versions of TIA Portal, but i see that there is no image panels for comfort panel beyond v17 Update8.

When i try to install the version 17, the error shown in the attached image appears. The Panel Image needs the TIA Portal v17 to install. It cannot install on a TIA v19 installation. 

I did download the HMI PIU Installer too, i did install it without problems, but when i try to open it nothing happens.

Could anyone help me with this problem?

You can manually copy the necessary panel image into the correct folder on your computer. For more information, refer to the downloadable description in section 1.2 of the image download entry.

The installation of the image DVD requires to have TIA Portal in the same version installed.
